Offshore Energy works with project teams to identify, collate and analyse key documentation and data such as correspondence, schedules, contract documentation, variations, procedures, drawings, photographs, meeting minutes, delays and over-spend. This service can be adopted from the start of a project on a part-time basis depending on workload, ensuring you are always in a position to effectively and rapidly prepare a claim or submission.
Claims and Dispute Research
Retrieval, collation and research of project documentation is extremely labour intensive and accounts for up to 40% of the time required to prepare a construction claim or ADR submission. Using our unique research tool, Offshore Energy can carry out research 24 hours a day, 7 days week, which means research that might otherwise take months can be completed in weeks. Additionally, we are able to visit locations and work sites when access to documents and information must be restricted or controlled. Evidence is presented in a chronological, cross-referenced and fully searchable database available for immediate use in drafting the claim or submission.
Narratives, Delay Analysis and Demonstrative Evidence
Offshore Energy can prepare narratives for final claims or submissions in clear language using correct terminology, and in an agreed format with citations to evidence for each event. We can also prepare delay analysis and demonstrative evidence, including using illustrations and graphics to visually represent events.
