Project Management
Offshore Energy's qualified and highly experienced personnel carry out work in line with contract requirements, legal requirements, industry codes and standards, and industry best practice. We can provide management and engineering services including site supervision, resources and equipment.
Project specifications, procedures and plans are prepared by personnel from the appropriate discipline(s) to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prior to final issue, a HIRA will be performed with relevant stakeholders.
Project procedures include:
- Pre-commissioning activities
- Equipment spread diagrams
- Calculations
- Checklist forms
- HSE plans and procedures
- Risk assessments.
We submit an as-built report upon completion of the work scope. This report contains a detailed log of activities carried out and related charts, data sheets, on job report sheets and instrument calibration certificates. Importantly, lessons learned from the work are captured in the report to inform future projects.
